THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012

No 20 of 2012

An Act further to amend the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.

Be it enacted by parliament in the sixty third year of the Republic of India is as follows:

1. • This Act may be called the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act, 2012.
   • This shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of the May, 2012.
2.  After section 3 of the India Medical Council Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the following sections shall be inserted, namely:
